I had a nice stay at this hotel, with clean and spacious rooms and very friendly staff. The location is convenient, being near the Tilbury Cruise terminal and adjacent to an inn with excellent food. However, the service in the restaurant could definitely use some improvement, and the breakfast options were quite limited. Overall, it feels like decent value for the price I paid.
